2.3 Third-Party Integration Data

If you connect third-party services (Google, Trello, Slack, etc.), we may receive data from those platforms as authorized by you during the OAuth connection process.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

• Manage your account, workspaces, and subscription
• Send transactional notifications such as OTP codes and reminders

4. AI Processing and Conversation Data

Messages you send through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack are processed by AI language models to extract and categorize information. Your recent conversation history is temporarily stored in our systems to provide contextually relevant responses. This data is used solely to deliver the Service and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

AI processing may involve sending your messages to third-party AI model providers under data processing agreements that prohibit training on your data.

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after account deletion.
• Conversation History: Recent conversation context is stored in temporary cache and may be cleared automatically.
• Financial Records: Expense and billing data may be retained for longer periods to comply with accounting and legal obligations.

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
