At Piqo AI, operated by Asyaecom Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we may issue refunds for subscription payments made through our platform. All payments for Piqo AI subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
2. Free Trial
Piqo AI offers a 7-day free trial for all paid subscription plans. During the trial period, you will not be charged. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during this trial to ensure it meets your needs before your paid subscription begins.
If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
3. Subscription Payments
Piqo AI subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable subscription rate until you cancel.
- Monthly Plans: Billed at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: Billed at the start of each annual billing cycle with a discounted rate.
4. Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- Service Unavailability: If the Service was significantly unavailable or unusable for an extended period during your billing cycle due to issues on our end.
- Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization, subject to verification.
- First Payment: If you request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge and have not extensively used the Service, we may grant a refund at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- You did not use the Service during the billing period.
- You are unsatisfied with AI-generated results or accuracy, as AI outputs are inherently variable.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial billing periods remaining after a mid-cycle cancellation.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Piqo AI dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing period.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email or phone number
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
8. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the difference in price between plans during the current billing cycle.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
