Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Piqo AI ("Service"), operated by Asyaecom Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations using the Service through WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or any web interface.

2. Description of Service

Piqo AI is an AI-powered business assistant that helps users track expenses, manage notes and documents, create reports, send reminders, and automate tasks through messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. The Service may include integrations with third-party services such as Google, Trello, and others.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number and optionally an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Piqo AI offers both free trial and paid subscription plans. The following terms apply to paid subscriptions:

• Free Trial: New users receive a free trial period as indicated at the time of registration. No payment is required during the trial.
• Paid Subscriptions: After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds in exceptional circumstances.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial solicitations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or disrupt systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to process or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Workspaces and Team Members

The Service allows you to create workspaces and invite team members. As a workspace owner, you are responsible for all activities within your workspace, including the actions of invited members. The number of workspaces and members you can have depends on your subscription plan.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, Slack, Google, and Trello. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content created by Piqo AI, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Piqo AI. You retain ownership of all content you create and submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. AI Features and Accuracy

The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your messages and extract information such as expense data, notes, and reminders. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information processed by the AI. Piqo AI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIQO AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIQO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the Service or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
